PRO, TWEENER or ROOKIE - Which one best describes you? I believe there are 3 types of real estate agents in the market right now.
PRO: You have clearly defined 3-4 pillars of your business, you’ve mastered them forwards, backwards, inside out and you know with certainty you can guarantee revenue off those pillars.
TWEENER: You’ve built a great business, but sometimes it feels like it's by chance, or luck. You have a few lead sources that you can count on, but you aren’t sure you’ve mastered it or its consistent.
ROOKIE: You’re just getting into the game. You're grasping for anything and everything that might lead to a potential lead, prospect or client.
Let’s be REAL! Where do you fall? As we grow and build our business, we should all strive to be PRO, but let’s face it, it takes time to get there. I’ll be honest, I’m probably somewhere between a PRO and TWEENER. Wherever you are in your career, embrace it, strap in, and be ready to put in the work to turn PRO.
