Postponement
I have decided to postpone the blind draw at the Grand Champion scheduled for this Saturday July 23rd. With oppressively hot and humid weather in the forecast along with potential thunderstorms and heat indices in the 105-degree range. It is clear to me that we will not be able to keep the building sufficiently cool. “Hot is ok stupid hot is not” I believe this is in the best interest of my friends and fellow darters. I will look to schedule another tournament as soon as possible. I do appreciate everyone who is involved with what we do at the Champion and I look forward to seeing everyone soon. Blind Draw Saturday July 18th $20.00 per player with a $400.00 add guarantee
Sign up will run between 4:00 and 6:00-pm. Darts Will fly between 6:45 and 7:00-pm
Boards will be set on free play during the sign up period.
Format.
Winners Bracket 5 leg medley Cork to Start the Match with alternating start for each game of the match games 1 thru 4 Cork for choice in the 5th game if necessary. 701, Cricket, Cricket, 701, Choice.
Losers Bracket 3 leg medley Cork to start the match with alternating start for each game of the match games 1 & 2 Cork for choice in the 3rd game if necessary 701, Cricket, Choice.
All 701 games will be Master out.
This is a GCL double point point’s event.
