This weekend! Come out & support a great cause, a family-friendly event put on by our folks Eric Potts & Nisha, Founders of Full Time Fathers LLC. Many of you have seen Eric around the gym, really good guy.
Also, please note... This Sunday, June 28th There be NO CLASSES at our gym, as we will be attending the Full Time Father Walk at Westgate Park. If anyone would like to join, we encourage it & you are more than welcome!
