I can totally relate to the security systems...they are such a pain! I've had the police show up on two different occasions. One time, they left me a notice/ticket to provide to the sellers since they had already been out numerous times. I even had to provide my drivers license so they could make a copy. On the other occassion, the police were so cool they took a tour of the house with me and my clients! Always interesting in the life of real estate!
