We have a few things to announce now that we’re back from break! The e-newsletter we sent earlier today seems to have been auto sorted into spam for most recipients, so we’ve included it as part of this post. Please swipe through the slides above for the full newsletter.

If you do not have time to read it, the gist is that as we steadily grow busier at the shop, we have to make a few changes to ensure that our quality stays high and our team stays healthy and productive. We plan to stay a tiny business just like we are now and focus on providing the best products and customer service we can.

The updates are:

1) Adjusted hours - we are now closing 1/2 an hour earlier each day starting tomorrow.

New hours are:
Friday 9:30 - 5:30
Saturday 9:30 - 5:30
Sunday 9:30 - 4:30

We know our limited hours can be frustrating and sincerely apologize. Please understand that, although we only open 3 days a week, our core team currently works 6-7 days a week, 60-80 hours a week.

2) 5” Ispahan cakes are now preorder only. Please visit our website to order at least 3 days ahead or email us if you need one sooner and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3) Shipping may not be available at all this season. As much as we want to ship our macarons as we have in past years, because of increased demand at the storefront, all of our time and resources have to go toward baking and roasting for the shop.
We hope to find a way to ship once or twice this season, but even if we can, it probably won’t be until early 2026. We are so sorry about this. We will be sure to keep you posted.

With the help of these changes, we hope to bring you new menu items, perhaps some unique events, and a happier, healthier, and more energetic team. Thank you for sticking with us.

Introducing the Green apple macaron! A delicate flavor with just a touch of tartness, fans of our Yuzu macaron should particularly enjoy this one. Green apple macarons will be around this week and next so you can include them in your Mother’s Day boxes!

For Mother’s Day next weekend, we will be as stocked as possible with all of your favorites. If you have any specific flavor or item requests please let us know!

This week will be our last without Nama chocolate boxes (promise!!). They will finally be back next Friday. Thank you for your patience!
