this is your reminder to schedule your flu shot appointment! you need to get an influenza vaccine once a year to reduce your risk of catching the flu. local pharmacies also offer flu vaccines! your workplace may also provide free flu vaccinations to full time employees. there are so many opportunities to make sure you and your family stay as healthy as you can this coming fall and winter. have you gotten your flu shot yet?
