There tends to be this urge for forward motion especially in the beginning of the new year, at least for me there is. However, with Mercury in Retrograde at the beginning of the year I’m really feeling the call to spend timing honoring the past. Honoring growth, honoring my path so far and the path yet to come. Slowing down. Yes there are good and big things coming, yes we are in a new year but can we slow down enough to honor the growth that occurred, the shifts that occurred, the change? always asks what is your word for 2023…Mine is acceptance.

After being snowed and frozen in for the holidays, plans changing, going with the flow, letting go of expectations and switching teaching around to accommodate things…I’m back on the schedule tonight 6pm for Vin to Yin and tomorrow 9am Hatha We have Mercury Retrograde coming up 🤦🏼‍♀️ already? Anyone else feeling like we just crawled out of the last one? Is it just me?
