You gotta be kidding me!
If Biden knows the secret on how to stop the virus, as one of his ads claim,
Why is he allowing all these additional people die?
After this corona period is over (one day ... say in about eight months), I would like to have a drink around a firepit with the first twelve people who like this status. A glass of rosé, vodka. Jd. gin, rum, whiskey, wine, beer, bubbles, coffee or whatever. All you have to do is like this status and put the same text on your profile page. Curious who my first twelve campfire mates may be present! (Those who do not paste it themselves will not be counted in the 12.)
I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Gahanna OHIO in 1957 during a time when everyone treated each other like Family. We didn't eat fast food.... We drank Kool-aid, ate bologna sandwiches, PB&J sandwiches, bought our groceries twice a month on paydays.
We went outside to play games like football, red rover, baseball, water fights, kick ball, hide and seek, jump rope, kick the can and jacks. We even played freeze tag and cowboys and Indians and Four Square etc
There was no bottled water. No microwave or cable. We watched cartoons on Saturday morning and Walt Disney on Sunday nights. We would ride our bikes for hours all without a cell phone or electronic games because computers were non existent. We got the ‘NEWS from Walter Cronkite and not his opinion.
We weren't afraid of ANYTHING except our parents. You LEARNED from your parents and grandparents instead of disrespecting them and treating them as if they knew nothing. What they said might as well have been the gospel. If someone had a fight, that's what it was...a fist fight and you were back to being friends.
Kids didn't have guns unless it was for hunting and never thought of taking a life. School was MANDATORY. We watched what we said around our elders because we knew If we DISRESPECTED any grown up we would get our behinds busted, it wasn't called abuse, it was discipline! Please and Thank you were part of our daily dialogue! And we were taught to respect our elders & offer a seat to them & pregnant women.
Re-post if you're thankful for your childhood and will never forget where you came from!
Wouldn't it be nice if it were possible to get back to this way of life?

I miss the good ole days. Those were the good ole days when kids were not entitled and parents weren’t enablers!
mmmmm Wondering why so many people on my friends list that don't even talk to me? I'm running a test to see who reads my posts. I realize that's about 5 of you. If you read this, leave me a one-word comment about your day. Only one word, please. Then copy and paste this to your wall so I can leave a word for you. Don't just put a word and not copy. 😊

All are Marines who gave their lives this week for you. There's no media for them... not even a mention of their names. We’re too busy talking about trying to get “Baby It’s Cold Outside” off of the radio. Please honor them by copying and pasting this post. 🙏🏻
