Most of us are walking around in a state of permanent bracing. The jaw is tight, the breath is trapped high in the chest, and the nervous system is locked into a low-grade hum of survival mode. We think this tension keeps us secure, but eventually, it suffocates our creative intuition, our focus, and our energy.

What is Qigong? At its core, Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice of structural and energetic maintenance. It combines slow, deliberate movement, regulated breathing, and focused intention. While often described as a moving meditation, in practical terms, it is a physical protocol for clearing deep tension, optimizing your body's internal circuitry, and bringing an over-clocked nervous system back to baseline. It is the physical practice of learning how to put the shield down.

Join Rachel Schutt, metal sculptor and Qigong Practitioner, for an exclusive introductory class designed to help you physically clear the static. We will create the internal safety required to take the armor off, drop the energy out of your head, and let the system finally breathe.

Meet the Instructor:
Brooke has been a witch for 30 years. In that time, she has practiced as solitary and has run a coven developing her relationship with deity through, spell work, ritual, tarot, Reiki, and devotion. The universe told her to get off her butt and teach this class so she has! She lives in Hilliard with her wife, 2 of their three sons, and 2 dogs.

"Tarot offers a glimpse at possible futures as well as guidance on our path by higher self. Reading the cards should be inclusive to everyone but can be very intimidating with a total of 78 cards each with unique standard and reversed meanings. I have studied the numerology and symbology used across many Rider-Waite inspired decks to develop a system for learning to read tarot that relies on an understanding of the 4 suits, and each individual number as opposed to each individual card. This greatly reduces the memory work and allows you to focus on the intuitive aspects of reading more quickly.

In this three-part class, we will discuss the history of the tarot, all major and minor arcana cards, tarot spreads, how to read intuitively, and practice readings together. I’ve had great success with previous students and you will leave this class better prepared to read tarot for yourself and others.

This is a supportive and safe environment where genuine conversation and mutual discovery takes place. Learning is supported and encouraged and there are no dumb questions. The information presented follows no particular path."

Please bring a Rider-Waite inspired tarot deck you would like to work with.

Debé is a passionate and entertaining metaphysical adviser. She has been practicing palmistry for more than 35 years. She has studied both the International Academy of Hand Analysis and the American Academy of Hand Analysis. She is also a gifted psychic, using her “woo” to guide her readings.
