CSPD would like to extend a massive thank you to some incredible Good Samaritans who stepped up yesterday.

Two of our own CSCC students witnessed a hit-and-run crash at Cleveland Ave and Naughten St. The victim, a CSCC staff member, was incredibly grateful for these students for stopping and providing detailed information that helped Officer Jimenez successfully identify the suspect.

The community spirit didn't stop there! We are also deeply thankful to our wonderful partners at Mitchell Hall. Seeing that our staff member was stuck on the scene for an extended period, they did what hospitality management professionals do best: they brought him a warm dinner!

Thank you to everyone involved yesterday for looking out for one another. We truly have an amazing community!
