Members - we have some exciting news! Over the next week, we will be transitioning to a new door access system. This system will be phone app based (no more keycards!!).
To ensure a smooth transition, we will be sending out emails and communicating at the gym so please watch those spaces. As a first step, you may download the Facilikey app from the Apple or Android App Store. As always please reach out with questions.

Huge shoutout to gym member .singer on hitting a bench PR of 225lbs for 3 reps. Rand has been part of our gym community for about two years and has made a tremendous amount of progress. He has continued to get stronger while also leaning out. Rand brings a ton of positive energy to the gym and also has the unofficial title of bringing the most number of his friends to become gym members.
