Hi, I am so excited you found me! I don’t believe in coincidences, everything happens for a reason. It is a privilege to have you here and I hope something here helps you and is a powerful step in the right direction.

I am an Integrative Nutrition Coach certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am also certified in REcode, Dr. Bredesen’s Functional Medicine Protocol for people who are working with a doctor to slow or reverse cognitive decline. I also have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business from Indiana University.

My education has equipped me with thorough knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventative health. I work with all types of clients but am especially interested in helping those hoping to find a lifestyle change that finally empowers them to reach their health goals.
