Only a few spots remain for the 2026 Collegiate Aviation Symposium, and registration closes February 6. Hosted by Alpha Eta Rho at The Ohio State University, this three day event takes place February 22 through 24, 2026 at the Ohio Union in Columbus, Ohio and brings together collegiate aviation students, alumni, and industry leaders from across the country. Attendees will take part in keynote addresses, professional development sessions, town halls, and a large career fair connecting students directly with airlines, business aviation companies, airports, government agencies, and aviation organizations.

This year’s keynote speakers include FAA Deputy Administrator Chris Rocheleau and Dr. John Horack, Vice President of Research at The Ohio State University and Neil A. Armstrong Chair in Aerospace Policy. The Symposium is open to all collegiate students with an interest in aviation, regardless of major or career path, with special programming and benefits for Alpha Eta Rho members. Dress code for the main event is business professional.

Ticket sales for all categories end February 6, and hotel blocks near campus are filling quickly. Students are encouraged to register soon, secure lodging, and finalize travel plans while space remains available. This is a valuable opportunity to network, learn, and take the next step toward a career in aviation.
