Before anything gets covered up, James tests the system to make sure everything is working exactly the way it should.
Because once tile goes in? That’s not the time to find a problem 😅
Date night looks a little different when you’re business owners 😅
We multitasked and had a “date night” at checking out all the fun appliance features, integrated details, and soft-close everything.
I mean… is there anything more romantic than appliance shopping? 🔥

Working with one’s spouse isn’t for the faint of heart but we do our best our best to keep it fun, take care of each other, and stay focused on growing both individually and together ❤️.

Color hunting: green edition 🌿
We’ve noticed a theme lately… a lot of really good greens showing up in our projects.
Moody tile. Earthy cabinetry. Deep saturated walls. Soft natural tones. We’re always drawn to spaces that feel layered, personal, and full of character.
One of the best parts of this work is collaborating with homeowners and designers who aren’t afraid to make thoughtful selections that feel unique to them.

Another Upper Arlington kitchen reno kickoff 👏
The goal for this one: more storage, better functionality, and a refresh that makes the entire space feel lighter, cleaner, and more current.
The existing kitchen wasn’t working the way the homeowners needed it to day to day, so we’re reworking the cabinetry and layout to make the space function better while giving it a completely updated feel.
And of course, before the demo starts, the home gets fully prepped and protected.
