#1 RECIPE of 2022 ⬇️ still obsessed with these buffalo chicken bombs I used rotisserie chicken to make it even faster (about 2 cups) Ingredients / instructions Combine: • 2 shredded chicken breasts cooked (I like to just use rotisserie chicken!) • 2/3 cup Cream cheese • 1/3 cup ranch (yes, you can sub bleu cheese for ranch 🙄) • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese MIX • grease cast iron pan • cut 8 biscuits in half (I like the @pillsbury grands flaky biscuits) • flatten out each half • stuff with a little chicken filling and pinch in sides to make a ball • repeat until all 16 bombs are done! • cook 375° for 10 mins pull out and top with: melted butter, dried parsley, garlic and parmesan cheese • cook for 15 more mins and ENJOY!! * I always have leftover filling that I just eat as a dip or even use for a sandwich the next day!
