“My work is driven by a desire to tell stories. Through glass, I translate narratives into physical space, using imagery and surface texture to separate the viewer from reality,” says Lane Grigson.
Grigson’s Ancient Rune was awarded the ODC Board of Trustees Emerging Craftsman Award. It is on view, along with work by 68 other artists, now through July 3rd, in the “Best of 2026” juried member’s exhibition at the Ohio Craft Museum

American Craft Council

Mike Kozumplik grew up in the rural setting of northwest Ohio and developed a love for nature, which carries through into his jewelry. With his current series of landscape neckpieces, he aims to stir the viewer’s memories and emotions of places visited and relationships associated with those places. The pieces are created using lost wax casting and various fabricating techniques.
