When I found New Day, I was really looking for something tangible—something that would throw me into every industry and every outlet. New Day gave me just that.

At first, I was working with the creative team on pieces of much bigger projects. But I wanted to understand the nuts and bolts and learn the full scope of how things came together. So when a project manager role opened up, I stepped into it. Suddenly, I wasn’t just working on projects, I was in the middle of them, bridging the gap between creatives and clients, making sure ideas turned into finalized and successful projects. That’s when I really fell in love with this work.

In three years, I’ve watched New Day grow with a new building, new markets, and new skills. And I’ve grown with it. This team pushes me to be the best version of myself, not just for me, but for them. When I show up, ask the right questions, and help troubleshoot, the whole team benefits. That’s inspiring. It makes me want to be better in every part of my life.

It’s not uncommon to be challenged here—whether it’s questioning a strategy or hearing Scott casually ask if you’re signing up for a marathon. That mentality seeps into everything, and before you know it, you’re pushing yourself in ways you never expected.

We have big goals. I know firsthand that there’s no ceiling here. I’ve watched our team learn in real time, push through challenges, and create things beyond what we imagined.
