* Pork Tenderloin w/creamy mushroom sauce
*Chicken Cobbler (good over rice) (High demand for this - will make more juicy to serve over rice if desired)

*Steamed broccoli with or without a hollandaise sauce
* Pinto beans
* Southern green beans
* Fried okra
* Pea salad

Keeping it simple this week! Not doing plates but am offering pints or quarts of the following:
* Collards (got to have these for all those dollars this year)
* Black eye peas (got to have these for good luck)
* Cornbread (got to have this for gold and wealth for the coming year) Order by the slices needed or the whole 10” skillet size.
Collards and peas are $8 for a pint and $12 for a quart.
Cornbread - $1 a slice or $8.00 for the whole pan (8 slices) (sweet or unsweet)
Soup - Taco soup
$6 pint. $10 quart

Due to an unplanned trip to Missouri (leaving tomorrow) as my Dad is having surgery on Friday; I will not be providing a full menu next week. However, I am thinking of offering a couple of soups along with cornbread and/or yeast rolls if anyone may be interested. I will be back home late Monday.

* Southwestern Beef, Pepper and Potato bake - (hearty dish with a touch of spice); pairs well with a salad or pinto beans with queso cheese
* Creamy Baked Chicken Stroganoff w/egg noodles
Sides: (pick 2)
* Mashed potatoes (with or without brown gravy)
* Pinto beans (with or without queso cheese)
* Buttered corn
* Italian green beans
* Tossed Salad

Yeast roll - .50 each

I’m trying to figure out what to offer and while it appears the meat may change on your dinner table, the sides can pretty much be the same as any other Holiday meal; so with that thought, here we go:

Casseroles are $18 for 8x8 small and $25 9x13 large

(Pint $7 or quart $10)
* potato salad - it is NOT a sweet salad but a traditional southern style ie with yellow mustard, dill pickles etc

* cranberry sauce w/orange and a splash (or two) of grand marnier (pint $6 or quart $10)
All your traditional cakes - $40 to $45

So I decided to put off my ankle surgery til January; too close to the end of the year to pay the rest of deductible just to start over a month later. With having said that…..get those Christmas orders in asap! Thank you bunches!
