Been going in at the gym! Yesterday was Chest, Shoulders and Triceps....with a sprinkle of core and today was Back and Biceps 💪 also with a sprinkle of core which is 3sets of 1min planks and so far 125 Crunches split up into 5sets of 25reps...I'm starting to feel like a renewed person and looking to the future with vigor! My blood Sugars are balancing out so hopefully I'll be able to get off the meds and I'm hoping the high blood pressure will also be a thing. Also a note, muscle memory really is badass! I'm finding the things that made me happy again and gave me drive so perhaps getting back into body building to compete in physique is on the horizon....
