RESTAURANT INFORMATION AND CULTURE
Florentine has been in our family for over 75 years. We take pride in the Italian-American tradition we have been able to continue in our cloud kitchen. Fortunately, our business is growing. We wish to expand our hours and our offerings, so we are hiring! As an employee, you will be treated with friendliness and respect. Our team works closely together, trusts each other, depends on one another, and has a lot of fun…just like a family does.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We have some varying opportunities at our kitchen. Our staff is responsible for:
• Food preparation
• Cooking (range, oven, pasta extruder)
• Monitoring online order system
• Packaging orders
• Washing dishes
• Cleaning the kitchen space (cleaning common areas/restrooms is NOT required)
We have part-time and full-time jobs available, and we are flexible with weekly scheduling. We offer competitive pay, with opportunities for increases, and we pay quarterly bonuses to ALL staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Kitchen/cooking experience and training are preferred.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Working in a ghost kitchen, you will be part of an exciting, up-and-coming food service concept that relies heavily on technology, social media, and food delivery apps. Additionally, working for a new spinoff of a classic family restaurant, you will have the opportunity to create fresh, new menu ideas, develop operational improvements in the kitchen, and partner with people who are passionate about serving quality food in a fun environment.

Our menu is now available at another cool ordering platform. Go to https://columbusfoodhall.com/ to place an order for pickup! We're open Tuesday thru Saturday starting at 3pm. While you're there, you can also order from some other restaurants cooking from the same Cloud Kitchen location as us, like Ridiculous Eatz or Ninja City...good people, good food.
