Feeling grateful to be part of a team that wants to go above and beyond for seniors in communities. When we think fall, we think of pumpkin patches, donuts, apple cider and sweaters. All those fun things! For a lot of our seniors, that’s not something that they are capable of doing. Going to a pumpkin patch with uneven ground and picking a heavy pumpkin is not something that’s going to happen for them. That’s why we decided to bring the pumpkin patch to them! This fall our team is going to be traveling around to assisted livings, independent livings and nursing homes and bringing the pumpkin patches to them. We are bringing donuts, cider and pumpkins! This wasn’t the easiest event to put on, you can imagine carting around 100 pumpkins is hard, but it was totally worth it and I’m really proud of our team.
