Plunkett’s/Varment Guard is looking for a strategic HR leader to guide people initiatives, strengthen our culture, and drive talent strategies across our growing organization.

💼 You’ll:
• Create and drive talent strategy initiatives
• Oversee workforce planning
• Manage performance management programs
• Lead recruitment and onboarding
• Drive employee development and retention
• Manage offboarding
• Mentor and develop the HR team

📌 You bring:
• 10+ years in HR (5+ in a leadership role)
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience in talent management and performance management
• Experience in organizational development
