I just want to thank everyone for your love and support. I hope they listen and take the dog to the vet. I know in my heart this baby has tooth decay issues. I can only imagine the pain. I had one back molar with decay in between the teeth
The chronic pain was really exhausting. Lyra had one tooth with a nerve exposed. She is running around like a puppy again. People lash out and it hurts my soul, but now I am.more worried a out their dogs well being. I can only hope they listen, check out the dogs mouth, get it taken care of, and then maybe apologize to us, for this, when realizing what really was going on. Let this be a lesson to ask before jumping to conclusions. With out all of you guys rallying around me, I might of just quit. I work to hard, I try to hard. I am a.people please. I know I can't please everyone, but it upsets me so much.
I feel the need to talk about a person spreading lies about my shop. We tried to helped this person, take care of her dog. She never told us that the dog bites. One of my groomers, by the way, who is a professional toy dog handler groomed her dog. To my groomers credit, to spite the dog going to bite, he turned out cute. The owner wanted the face shorter, but because he was going to bite the scissors, I explained to the owner... done is done. I didnt want the groomer bit ,or the dog hurt. She said she would try the next day, I explained not without a tranquilizer from her vet. We do not drug dogs in my store or hurt them. The next day she called, and said that she was not happy with the groom and wanted her money back, and we refused. I am sure that no other grooming shop wants to do the dog again, so she complains, and they give her the money. The result is many times she gets her dog done for free. I never lie, and she resorted to saying lies, that we beat her dog and knocked its teeth out. Those of you who know us knows we would never ever do anything to hurt someone's loved pet. I never thought she would lie. I am in disbelief, and she is running on friends and a fake page. She has been reported and my lawyer is working on it
I just want to thank all of you for your support and loyalty. She is also posting pictures of a different dog with 2 missing teeth, which looks like it was removed from tooth decay, or a vet, not us. Thanks again Debra and Ruff's Manor.

Hi everyone, I am happy to announce we are open, no note from the vet is required any longer. I am also pleased to announce that our shop has been professionally covid cleaned and free of any possible virus. That said, we ask our clients to wear a mask if you enter our shop. We are also offering curb side pick up. Just call and we will meet you, and bring your pet in. Please also note, though we are open, it is not business as usual. We are taking every step possible to keep every client and there fur child safe. We are plexiglass across the front, we have wipes, hand sanitizer available, we have uv light sterilization ready to clean all tools between pets. Tubs and tables will be wiped down with bleach and water, and dried between pets. Please also note that we are spreading out the time that pets come in and out of shop. We want the pet finished and shop, cleaned before the next pet comes in. I hope the steps we are taking make you feel safe and secure leaving your kids with us.
