Some great news in real estate for you! Since the “stay home” order was put in place, there have been 3,400 new listings entered in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service of LI) with 86 of those already in contract!
Additionally, 2,731 became Pending after March 22, 2020, to which 1,009 of those were on listings taken after March 1st.
