Gov. Cooper signed a new Covid-19 relief package on Monday (5/4/2020). This relief includes removing the accrual of interest for underpayment of NC individual income, corporate income, and franchise taxes due between April 15, 2020 and July 15, 2020. This also includes estimated income tax payments.

Hopefully, this provides some peace of mind during this tough time.
