Yesterday was one for the books! 🏡✨ Two super special closings!

First up, a massive congratulations to my bff and her fiancé! They officially closed on their forever home—a space they get to make their own and build a beautiful future in. 🥂🔨

And on the flip side, a bittersweet but exciting goodbye for my amazing seller clients! They are moving their entire family across the globe to the Mariana Islands 🌴☀️. It was so important to them to find the perfect buyers to pass their home along to, and we did just that.

To be completely honest, neither of these journeys was easy. We hit some bumps, did some serious problem-solving, and had to navigate a few twists and turns. But we made it😅
