The time is NOW to get started on your exterior projects. Especially your roof! Don't put it off till the fall.
Tip of the Day: The Bay Area’s temperate weather makes it relatively easy to take on a home renovation project during any time of year, but in order to get the best odds for an exterior project, it’s best to schedule work between May and September. The rainy months of November through April can cause delays on projects that require exterior work.
