At a soundbath with Headwitch Ab you will be encouraged to listen to and honor your body! Whether it's a stretch or a wiggle, or letting out your sneeze, we want you to do what you need!

We have cushions, yoga blocks, bolsters, mats, AND you can bring your fave blankets, plushies, and show up in your Jimmy jams!

We are still seeking yoga and dance instructors, and more!

If you've been wanting to run a club, group, event or class and a studio would fit the bill, please reach out!!

In just one week we are hosting a social, fundraiser, and seasonal open house for the studio!
We will be thanking our sponsors, our co-op members, and talking about some new offerings and exciting deals coming up!

There are tickets available, but please don't let money be an obstacle! If you can't support financially, please consider sharing our events or bringing a friend to the Lucky 13 social :)

There will be snacks and refreshments, optional social games and community introductions, then we will gather for a brief chat about what the studio is doing, building, making and needing, and THEN we will have karaoke and dancing set up so the party can continue!!

We are opening up ticket sales today for our upcoming open house and social!

We've got some cool new classes and drop in sessions coming this month, and we want to get folks together to help us fundraise, brainstorm, and tailor prism to the community that needs it. Our plan is to have food, games, social time, and a short presentation on our new offerings.

We are also (secretly) looking for performers who'd like to grace our stage 🤗
