Sometimes the best way to practice handwriting…
is by erasing it!! ✨

This little activity had our client using a Q-tip to “erase” letters, but there was so much more happening than meets the eye!

While they played, they were also working on:
🖍️ Fine motor control and grasp
✋ Hand strength and precision
👀 Visual attention and letter recognition
🧠 Motor planning
✍️ Handwriting foundations
🎯 Bilateral coordination and pencil control

Using a Q-tip requires slow, controlled movements, making it a fun way to build the same skills needed for writing… without feeling like another handwriting worksheet. Win!
