It’s funny how easy it is to convince yourself you’re fine on your own.
Most business owners don’t wake up one day and decide to become isolated.
Life just happens.
You get busy serving customers. Leading a team. Taking care of your family. Trying to keep all the plates spinning.
Then one day you realize you’ve been carrying a lot by yourself.
That was a big part of the conversation this morning.
Not because anyone in the room is struggling.
Because eventually all of us will.
A tough season.
A hard decision.
A challenge at home.
Something in business that keeps us up at night.
The best time to build relationships isn’t when that happens.
It’s before.
That’s one of the things we love most about these Friday mornings.
