Industrial Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring

Location: Houston, Texas

Pay: Based on Experience

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial equipment including hvac.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, hvac, pneumatic, and electrical issues

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial controls

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
