ZEN Construction LLC is seeking an experienced long-term Bookkeeper that Can Start in ASAP !

Starting off, this will be full time for at least 1 week Mabey 2 ...
after we get the books under control this will be a 1 day a week kind of job.

Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
• Reconciling Bank Accounts
• Process Sales Tax
• Coordinating with CPA Accounting firm
• Coordinating with 3rd party Bonding firms
• Preparing Monthly Closeout reports such as P&L & Balance Sheets
• Executive Accounting Support

Requirements:
Experience
• 5 or more years in bookkeeping and/or construction accounting-related fields
• Strong QUICKBOOKS Skills (A MUST)
• Strong Computer Skills (A MUST), Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Well organization and record-keeping
