When nature calls, we answer... with design solutions that actually work and we'll handle the permitting so you don't have to!

Trust takes time, and so does a solid septic design.

At Environmental Resources, we believe in getting it right the first time, even if that means spending a little extra time on the details. Every setback, property improvement and future construction idea has to work together to meet State and County regulations...and to keep your property running smoothly for years to come.

We’d rather be thorough than fast, honest than easy, and prepared instead of surprised.

Because when nature calls, you don’t want just anyone answering. 🌿💩

We’re not in the business of sugar-coating. 🍬

At Environmental Resources, we give our clients the full picture up front, because knowing what to expect beats being caught off guard every time.

Sometimes a system won't fit.
Sometimes floodplain regulations cost extra.
Sometimes additional permits are required.
Sometimes neighboring water well are in the way.

We’d rather you know the possibilities now than get blindsided later.

That’s how we’ve done it for 20+ years. Honest answers, no surprises, and no “we’ll cross that bridge later.”

👉 Real talk. Real design. Real results.

Whether it’s a new build, a remodel, or a growing business...When nature calls, we handle the paperwork 🧻💩

You might need a new septic design + permit if you’re:
➡️ Adding bedrooms or bathrooms
➡️ Expanding a building or staff
➡️ Replacing an old, non-compliant system

From homes to commercial projects, we handle the design and permitting so you can focus on everything but the red tape.

Not all Texas dirt is created equal! 🧱

Before we can start a design a soil analysis is required — because your soil type decides what kind of system you can install. This is why a proper site visit is necessary!

Clay holds water, sand drains fast — the right system keeps treatment balanced and your yard dry.

Let’s clear this up once and for all… 🧐

👉 Aerobic doesn’t mean “spray system.”
👉 Aerobic doesn’t mean “drip system.”
👉 Aerobic refers to the treatment process inside the tank.

An aerobic system uses oxygen + bacteria to break down wastewater (think of it like your yard’s mini treatment plant 🌿💧).

From there, the treated water is disposed of through:

Spray heads 🚿 OR

Drip lines 🌱

So whether your system is a spray or drip...it’s still aerobic. It’s all about the treatment, not the disposal.

After years of designing these systems in Texas, yes, we still hear “I thought drip wasn’t aerobic.” You’re not alone. 😉
