Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Community Wellness Clinic will be closed for Thanksgiving on 11.24. 2021 from noon until we reopen on
11.29. 2021 at 8 AM.
For Christmas , Community Wellness Clinic will be closed from 8 AM on 12.23 2021 and re-open at eight 8 AM on 01.03.2022.
