A little stocking carousel for more detail. I had the wild idea that I should make Christmas stockings. But I wanted them to be personal and try to match personalities. But I also wanted them to be unique from any other stockings I was seeing in stores. And I also didn’t want to follow a pattern….I just wanted to figure it out. So in a nutshell…I wanted it to be the most complicated it could possibly be 🫣. BUT, I was able to find incredible fabric options in the form pillows and blankets and sheets and scarves. I also got some coordinating fabrics from the quilt shop to complete each look and I’m thrilled with how they turned out. But I can’t take all of the credit. I had serious oversight/help from my mom. And thank goodness. You see, if she hadn’t been here with me, I probably could have successfully made stockings. But there would have been a lot of errors along the way, it would have taken a looooong time and they definitely would have turned out “good enough for now, but I’m probably gonna try again next year.” But WITH her help, they turned out beautifully and I’m so proud! And I learned so much!
