We won’t be at the swap today. Taking a much-needed rest day, but we’ll be out at the land most of the day.

We do have some really nice rabbits available right now:

We also have grow-outs available, including:

• Olive Eggers
• Silkies, with possibly a chocolate Silkie or two that can leave

Giant Angoras are really a rabbit for someone who wants to sit and groom in the evening. Like knitting or reading a book, it's relaxing. But it has to get done or they felt matt very badly.

I find this relaxing and they seem to enjoy the attention.

Feeler Post: Swap Interest

I’m considering attending the swap next weekend, but I wanted to check interest before I commit to hauling animals out.

I may have:

Grow-out chickens (color layers)
Quail
Rabbits

I also wanted to explain why my swap prices are usually lower than my individual meetup prices.

At a swap, buyers are coming to me. That saves me gas, time, scheduling, separate messages, and the risk of no-shows.

For individual meetups, prices may be a little higher because each sale takes extra time, fuel, and coordination, especially if someone is only buying one or two animals.

That said, I’m on the fence about attending. If there isn’t much buyer interest, it may not be worth the travel, setup, lost day, and added biosecurity risk of bringing animals out.

So if you would seriously be interested in purchasing from me at the swap, please comment or message me with what you would be looking for.

Let's talk about Charlie's.

I was told to litter box cull but I read they don't all end up with gastrointestinal issues.

And so far this boy is doing great at almost 9 weeks old. I don't feel right selling him because I was told these are cull kits. So I will take him to freezer camp in a month.
