📍 West Conshohocken, PA
MTS is growing and we’re looking for a highly organized, driven individual to help manage day-to-day operations and communication.
Position Details:
• 2 -4 days per week in-office (West Conshohocken)
• Flexible work-from-home hours available
• Compensation negotiable based on experience
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
✔️ Strong computer proficiency — must be able to navigate and use a computer with ease
✔️ Advanced working knowledge of Google Drive & Google Calendar (REQUIRED)
✔️ Extremely organized — able to manage multiple projects at once
Additional Qualifications:
✔️ Strong work ethic & self-motivated
✔️ Bright, professional personality — you’ll be the voice of our company
✔️ Comfortable confirming client calls & managing schedules
✔️ Able to coordinate directly with our foreman and crews to keep jobs running smoothly
✔️ Experience with Buildium (preferred, not required)
✔️ Construction industry experience is a plus
✔️ Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable
This role serves as the communication hub between clients, foremen, and crews. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep projects organized, aligned, and on schedule.

One of our favorite clients had a dream, we helped it come to reality. After an unfortunate flood event happening the FIRST day of the year, we got this basement back beyond functional and Cant wait to see this custom designed basement get put to use!
