Hot off the presses! GuardDog Wrestling & Athletic Club is now offering youth wrestling classes in Conway. 1st class is free. We are partnered with THE new premier gym in the state – Ruffhouse Fitness! Make your workout a family outing. Offering classes for all ages, boys and girls, ages 6 & up. Have ur kids take private wrestling lessons while you enjoy using state of the art equipment you won’t find just anywhere else in the state. GuardDog Wrestling offers youth wrestling classes which will improve your non-athlete or athlete’s overall athleticism. And there’s more…. Want to use the techniques you’ve learned, the club members will be invited to participate in youth tournaments starting January 2023.
