House was built in 2013. Seller bout it 3 years ago.

Seller: our inspector did find much and we fixed anything that needed to be fixed.

Me: Can you tell me where that gas shut off it? It not on your meter.

Seller 30mins later: Gas company will be out tomorrow to install a shut off at the meter.
