Let's talk about re-marriage.. To your ex in this case 👀

❤️ S + M were married 24 years. Raised kids until they went out on their own, the whole nine yards. Then they went through a funk. And they decided it was best to go their separate ways.

That lasted like a week 🙈

❤️ Not being together immediately didn't feel right. They started dating again, and that led to moving back in with each other, and that led to the decision to get re-married.

❤️ So they got the suit, the wedding dress, the flowers and cake - and a new marriage license. They renewed their marriage in the home they had shared for years of their marriage, what better of a place?

The truth is, some of us will go through more than one marriage. I think that's often seen as a taboo subject for us wedding vendors to discuss. Of course we want all of our couples to have a long, happy, and successful marriage. But s**t happens. How incredibly special is it that we get to try again, though? So many circumstances can lead to another marriage in our lifetime. Whether that be with an ex lover or someone new, love finds a way. And love is always worth celebrating. 🍾 ❤️

Vow renewals are such a special way to reflect on how your relationship has changed and grown since you got married.

Wedding days can be chaotic. Life can be chaotic. Things change, and as we grow with our partners, we change. There's not a better way to celebrate that growth, or to have a fresh start, than an intimate vow renewal where you profess your love for each other all over again and make new, stronger promises to each other.

Day-after sessions are a perfectly reasonable excuse to get dressed up in your wedding attire and go somewhere scenic, like Petit Jean State Park. ✨️

C + T chose to elope privately at home with their closest loved ones back in their hometown, then met up with me on Halloween night for a spoopy time exploring Petit Jean. 🎃👻
