A complex of storms exiting Oklahoma will move eastward into Arkansas and Tennessee and interact with a present stationary outflow boundary. The interaction will create the potential for likely flash flooding and up to 6 inches of rain locally.

A Flood Watch will be in effect through Monday evening across much of northern and central Arkansas as heavy rain is expected overnight with a complex of strong to severe thunderstorms expected to equate to widespread rainfall totals between 2 and 4 inches across the Flood Watch area, a few locations may near 6 inches of rainfall.
