In a region shaped by deep spiritual indifference, Kendall and her family have watched the Lord sustain His church as her husband preaches in pastorless congregations in rural France. Over the past five years, they have shared Christ with many who have never met a Protestant believer.

Though the soil is hard in Pontcharra, they have seen God open unexpected doors among university students hungry for truth and have witnessed believers grow spiritually, flourishing by God’s grace and through His Word.

Kendall said, "I am so thankful for my time at Spurgeon College. I feel better equipped to confidently share Christ with those from different cultures and with different worldviews, and it has also helped make me a better helpmeet and partner to my husband in what the Lord has called us to."
