If you knew that you were condemned to Hell; would you still love, honor, and serve God with all of your heart?
Not because of what you would get; but because He is God, Father, and Creator - and He deserves it.

There are few things in life that are more terrifying than the thought that in the end, I will have to take responsibility for the choices and decisions I’ve made.
There will be no one to blame.
I will stand alone to give an account.

I try to comfort myself with lies; “God made me this way.” “The devil made me do it.” “God’s sovereignty.” “Everyone sins.” “No one is perfect.” “God will forgive me.” “God knows my heart.”
Yet the comfort never lasts. The guilt and shame of my choices and decisions is an ever growing weight.

There is only one way out - Repent.
Stop sinning. Accept responsibility . Turn away from your desires and seek God; to love Him with all your heart and you will be forgiven. The blood of Jesus will wash away your guilt and you can be restored, to be one with the Father. Now and for all eternity.

The choice, and the consequences, are yours.

1 John 2:4-6

Whoever says “I know him” [Jesus] but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him: whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.”

Why do we accept less?

THINK YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON ?

Anyone who truly knows Jesus, would never consider themself a good person.

Once confronted with the goodness and holiness of God; you become acutely aware of the tremendous capacity for the most evil and vile acts that you are but a single decision away from committing.

When the weight of this truth has its full effect; you know that you are not good - but that God is grace.

You then choose holiness, righteousness, and obedience. Not because you are good, but because you are overwhelmed by His patience, love and mercy.
