WALKING DISTANCE TO CCU | NEWLY RENOVATED STUDENT HOUSING

Looking for housing within walking distance of campus?

We have a few rooms still available in newly renovated student housing in the closest residential community to Coastal Carolina University.

We recently acquired several 2 and 3-bedroom units in this community and are fully renovating and refreshing them to create a clean, comfortable living environment for CCU students.

One of the best parts of this location is convenience. The community includes a walking path directly to campus, and there is a Teal Mobile shuttle stop right at the entrance, making it easy for students to get to class without worrying about parking.

Students can walk or shuttle to campus, avoid parking stress, and come home to a comfortable place after a long day.

INDIVIDUAL ROOMS AVAILABLE

We also currently have a few full units available for groups of friends who are still looking to live together.

Groups are welcome to reach out together and we can help match you with the right unit.
