When you think of a starter that tastes like mughlai but more crispy but less heavy you can think of these. Available in plain (egg) and chicken. I’m working on a vegetarian version too.

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is doing fine in the Texas heat. Stay hydrated and be safe
The kitchen will be closed next week Monday through Wednesday (25th to 27th of July) for some repair work. Service will resume (hopefully) on 28th of July, Thursday.
