Closed on this beautiful new build in Celina yesterday. I can help you find new construction and builders, negotiate with the builder and make sure the process goes smoothly just like I would with pre-owned homes.

All right, here is the big announcement. I have partnered with the The Kenny Conoley Team, who closed the most homes at Keller Williams Coppell in 2015. Through this partnership I have added 14 years of real estate experience to my portfolio. Kenny and I will be handling the selling and we have an awesome office administrator on our team named Sarah who does an amazing job of keeping everything, including me, in line. Even better than the impact this has on my business, Kenny and Sarah have become great friends throughout this process, and while we work very hard, we have a great time doing it. I am so excited for what 2016 and beyond will bring with this new team, and look forward to getting to help even more client's this year. Thanks again everyone for being so good to me, I am blessed by all of you.

First big announcement! All I can say is thank you, my friends and family have been too good to me over this last year, and because of your referrals I was able to join the RE/MAX 100% club in just 10 months - the club is exclusive to agents who close in excess of 4 million dollars. I can't thank all of you enough because you made it happen, I spent very little money this year in marketing and relied on all of you to help me get the word out. So, a huge thank you to every one of you who made 2015 great. I am excited about 2016 and have an even bigger announcement coming tomorrow.
