VRBC Annual Backpack Drive is right around the corner!📚🎒

Each year during VRBC's Backpack Drive, we deliver backpacks filled with school supplies to some of our neighboring children at the Tom Landry and Riverchase Elementary School. This year, our goal is to fill 200 backpacks, which will be given to students from these two nearby schools and the families we have been serving through Sack Summer Hunger.

The church will provide the backpacks, and the congregation is asked
to provide the needed school supplies. Empty backpacks will be available for pickup in the church lobby after the worship service on Sunday, July 12. A school supply list will be enclosed for your use in purchasing school supplies. Feel free to pick up and fill as
many backpacks as you would like! Please return filled backpacks to the church on Sunday, July 19, 26, or August 2.

VBS at VRBC is two weeks away!☀️📖

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an exciting week where children can experience the love of Jesus in a safe and welcoming environment. Through engaging stations, children will discover a new Bible story each day, along with hands-on science experiments, games, worship, and tasty snacks. Kids will enjoy a fun-filled morning exploring God’s Big Story and making new friends.

Our theme for this year is “Rainforest Falls - Exploring the true nature of God.” At Rainforest Falls VBS, kids will learn what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their safe place in life’s storms.

Please join us in praying for the minds and hearts of the kids that are attending and that we are planting Gospel seeds in the future generation!
