Yesterday’s groundbreaking ceremony was a monumental occasion for Altis Cardinal and the City of Fort Lauderdale! Located in the Progresso Village neighborhood, The Adderly will feature 417 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units in two six-story buildings, with ten percent workforce housing to be offered to families with incomes not exceeding the area median income. We’re thrilled to be a part of this life-changing project, and we were grateful for the large turnout at yesterday’s event.
