An Urban Tree House in the Heart of Spring Garden.

Designed as a quiet retreat within one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods, this residence embraces a restrained palette of poured concrete, tropical hardwood, and glass to create architecture that feels timeless and deeply rooted in its environment.

The elevated structure gives the home a sense of lightness while maximizing views, natural ventilation, and privacy. Wrapped in a lush tropical landscape, the boundaries between indoors and outdoors begin to disappear, allowing architecture and nature to exist in balance.

Every decision was intentional. Every material was selected to weather gracefully and develop a natural patina over time, making the house feel less like an object placed on the site and more like a part of the landscape itself.
