I’m 13 weeks old now.
I love to talk, wake mommy up at 2am, and suck on my hands. 🤭 I’m almost rolling over which is exciting & my brothers are super entertaining. Life is awesome so far. I’m pretty sure I’ve taken over my house with all my fun little gadgets but I don’t think my mom minds. 😉 Happy Tuesday everyone! Make today a great one! 🫶🏻

We had an amazing time in Arizona this weekend and he did SO GOOD! 7.5 hours there and back and he did GREAT. ✨ Happy 12 weeks with you sweet boy. 💙

Progress over perfection. ✨
I’m down 11 pounds after 1 month back on plan. Was I perfect? NOPE. Could I have lost more? Sure. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But every day I made a choice to show up & do my best. Consistency has been the goal. Now I am 11 weeks post partum & I’m only 10 pounds away from my “pre-baby” weight. I didn’t go crazy. I didn’t beat myself up when I had some choice meals. But I was consistent. I’m not quitting. Slow progress is progress & I’m SO THANKFUL for a meal program that is simple, structured, and easy to follow.

Weight loss doesnt have to be stressful- it’s a journey my friends. And honestly, I love the girl in both of these photos. 🤗 I’m grateful for what my body is capable of. If you’re ready to stop with the excuses, I would love to bring you along this journey with me. I’m not killing myself at the gym, I‘m just making healthier choices. 🤍 Let’s do this TOGETHER. 🫶🏻

Just a little life update for ya: Ezekiel is 9 weeks old! 🥹 He is sleeping longer stretches and I am like THANK YOU JESUS!😂🙌🏻 Last week was the first time I finally felt like MYSELF. Postpartum is a real roller coaster lemme tell ya.🎢🙃 BUT I can see the light!💡 Grief & postpartum aren’t my fave combination but it’s forced me to really sit with my feelings and allow the Lord to help me sit and sift through them. I’m finally stabilizing & finding my groove. I think our whole fam is. And let me tell ya- this baby has been such a breeze. I think that’s just strictly God’s grace because with my other 3 boys.. I needed a baby that would be chill. 😜 I think owning your season & allowing yourself to feel has been my biggest learning lesson during this time. Life looks different. It’s certainly FAAAAAAR from perfect. And I’m still processing a lot. I am taking it day by day & learning to trust God along the way. 🫶🏻🤍
